iRox is an Apple Watch app for HYROX races. Our app is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture, meaning your data never leaves your devices.

1. Data Collection & Use

Apple Health (HealthKit)
iRox requests access to Apple Health to provide workout tracking and performance analysis. Specifically, the app accesses:

Heart Rate: To monitor cardiovascular effort during races.
Active Energy: To calculate calories burned.
Distance (Walking/Running): To track race distance and pace.
Workouts: To save and retrieve completed race data.

All HealthKit data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your health data to any external servers.

2. Data Storage & Processing

Local Storage
All race summaries and results are stored locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Analytics

iRox does not share your data with any third parties.

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
We do not use any advertising identifiers (IDFA).
We do not maintain any backend servers or cloud databases.

4. Your Rights & Control

Data Access
You can view all your saved races and health-derived metrics directly within the iRox iPhone app.

Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete individual race records from the "Previous Races" screen in the iPhone app. Deleting a record removes the corresponding file from the shared App Group storage.

Revoking Permissions
You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through the iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > iRox.
